We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sealmatepro.shop with a photo or video of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds are only eligible for defective or incorrect products. We do not accept returns for change of mind once the item has been shipped.

Please note: Shipping typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location. If your order has not arrived after 20 days, please reach out to us and we’ll assist you. 

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
